Solid performance
Steve provided a no fuss and direct service. A refreshing approach from the over priced and under performing agents currently operating in the central/eastern Perth suburbs. Property sold in 4 days and at the asking price! Who else can do that in the current Perth market? It paid off to go with Radi Estate

Knowledge of the market is everything
Steve had the difficult task of selling a property that was not in the best condition or good location. He was very clear about what expectations we should have when listing the property in terms of time frame and difficulties facing the sale. He was able to make the elderly owner very comfortable in listing the property with him and Radi Estates. Great Result in Tough Times

not the stereotypical real estate agent
hit steve up two or three times before we finally committed. he was always patient and understanding of our situation and demands. he listens and offers advice to you, but doesn't force your hand. whatever your decision, he adapts and refocuses your thoughts, so you can achieve the best outcome for you. overall a good bloke to have work for you, not the stereotypical real estate agent.
