We used Rod Nolan and his Team to sell our home in Quakers Hill and they were outstanding. Ray White Nolan & Iken stood out on every real estate website with their premier listing. We spoke with Rod and then met with him at our home. Rod and Adam spent hours answering our questions. They also explained to us how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing us more information. We were concerned that our property wouldn't sell because it was a very unique property but Rod and his team sold it straight after auction successfully. To help us out he negotiated his commission. When we saw our listing on the market we all were blown away from Rod and Adams hard work and the awesome photos and the video. Rod and his team walked us through every step of the selling process.
