Bill was successful in selling my house where a few other agents failed to do so as they don’t have the knowledge or the contacts for the area and live out of town where as Bill is local hence more knowledge of the area. Bill was very helpful in many ways and would highly recommend Bill to anyone looking to sell, I would put Bills name at the top of my list with anyone looking to buy in the rural are within his area.
