Melissa and her team are just such wonderful rental managers. They are super detail oriented, inform us of changes quickly and respond to requests in a timely manner. Melissa (Mel) Wilson of Raine & Horne Maitland & Cameron Park expertly manages all 4 of our investment properties in NSW. Our family lives in South Australia so it is essential that we have a management team that can manage every aspect of our properties. To date Mel has successfully managed the numerous large and incidental issues that come with leasing out your home. Mel is an excellent communicator and works effectively to solve the issues that come up & contacts us where necessary to approve maintenance or repair. Mel also quickly sources contractors and attempts to solve problems quickly to the benefit of the tenant and owner where possible. I've had the team from R&H Maitland/Cameron Park taking care of the Hunter Valley section my property portfolio for over 10 years. Their care for my assets and desire to ensure the highest possible return on my investments has been the main driving force behind my current financial freedom. Melissa Wilson and the property manager team work seemingly tirelessly to ensure that I have the best possible tenants in my properties paying the highest average market rent. The PM's ensure that I'm on top of maintenance so that the tenants are always happy and that I'm able to claim the deductions of the maintenance work so that Tax time is easy for me. All in all, the work ethic is tremendous, the customer focus (both landlord and tenant) is second to none and they make my life easier and better. I've never seen or experienced better property managers that those on the team at R&H Maitland/Cameron Park
