Responsible Reliable Great communication
Frankie and Sou are the very reliable agent. They saved me from desperate, I gave my property to a local agent which is stone rockdale, that’s the worst experience I ever had. When they got your listing they will never talk to you, poor communication, no responsibility, I been holding back for 5 months with no income. I found Frankie and sou from website that they successfully sale another apartment that in the same building with me. Even they list their property later than me. So I contacted them, share my bad experience and explained my situation. They are very patient and try their best to help you, give you professional advice, also don’t want you to waste your money on unnecessary cost. They give their words to me and they made it, even I am not confident on the resale. Very very appreciated to Frankie and Sou’s efforts. Highly recommended to the owner who wants to put their property on the market also highly recommended to the people who had the same experience like me. Thank you again to Frankie and Sou.
