While Tony was at times difficult to get hold of, he really helped us to get over the line with buying our property. At least it seemed as much. He was pretty straightforward to negotiate with and it felt like he was relatively supportive. We had to do a huge amount of chasing to get the result we were after and you just couldn't tell whether things were in motion or if you were on track to secure the property. Comms could certainly do with being better. In the end it all worked out and we paid what we felt was a really good price despite competition and I think Tony certainly played his part in a great outcome for us personally.

Tony was always available. There did not seem to be anytime out of hours, including Saturdays.But I did not bother him on Sundays, even though I know he would have " come to the party." Always proficient, professional, keeping me informed, almost on a daily basis. A real pleasure to deal with. If I had any other properties to sell I would use Tony.
