Carla makes "dealing" with bloody real estate agents very enjoyable and as time went on a closer understanding of each other and our needs was reached. This is often a very uncommon thing between seller and buyer as we buyers always want it cheaper than the advertised price, making the conversations, sometimes a little strained. However not this time, she made the parting of my money to buy the properties "almost" enjoyable, thank you Carla!!
