sadly they appear to be managing too many properties

Based on personal experience. Heavily focused on processes but seem to have lost all focus on effective communications and follow up. Some of their staff are amazing but the strategy and recent acquisition of Agency appears to be a major growing pain impacting their ability to effectively manage properties.
