We never had to chase him as he always provided feedback at every step of the way. He was always the first to call. He patiently answered every question we had and made us feel comfortable and confident. Theo was open and honest with how the campaign was going. Theo worked extra hard during a market downturn, ensuring our property was put in front of the right people. Theo was able to garner his experience in the industry by providing recommendations throughout the process. Whenever someone made an offer on our property and helped us understand exactly why he recommends a certain strategy, ensuring both seller and potential buyer is happy.
