Buying through Bronwyn was an enjoyable experience. We spoke briefly on the phone about inspecting a property and Bronwyn had armed herself with another property, that we inspected after the initial inspection, this property fell right into our brief. A short round of negotiations and the deal was done, contracts drawn up, property inspections carried out, and, in less than a week, contracts were exchanged. A total pleasure from start to finish. I would always recommend Bronwyn to anybody that is interested in buying in this district.

When we went to purchase a property at Batemans Bay three agents were involved with the properties of interest we had selected. Bronwyn was the standout. As we were unfamiliar with the district she initially took us on a guided tour of the area indicating points of interest. We then viewed the selected properties - none of which proved suitable. She was pleasant and yet professional throughout. At no stage did she pressure us to make a decision. She then suggested a property new to the market may suit us. This was the property we purchased. Bronwyn was helpful and made herself readily accessible at all times. She maintained contact and called in at times for a cuppa. She was a wonderful source of help in contacting various trades people when needed. When I needed to sell due to disability the choice of agent was obvious. Once again Bronwyn brought her skills and professionalism to the job. She kept us informed with open houses and the house sold fairly quickly realising a good price. We have been extremely pleased in all our dealings with Bronwyn and would happily recommend her to any prospective buyer or seller.
