After talking to Bronwyn, she asked some great questions to get a clear idea of our requirements and budget. We didn’t end up viewing any of the three properties we originally asked her about because she told us honestly there were some better options. She told us about a great house at Catalina. Although I first thought the area was to far from the beach, after Bronwyn sent me the beautifully produced marketing material, the house jumped to the top of our list. Bronwyn has found us our perfect house. We offered full asking price at the first viewing.
