Natali Moase of Raine and Horne Bathurst

We first met Natalie in 2010, when we were looking to find a good and interesting investment property in Bathurst. She went out of her way to help us as we were new to the area there, though we held a long term interest in and respect for Bathurst. She showed a careful respect for her various vendors and a clear willingness to listen to our needs with a limited budget. Once we were happy with our selection, she was patient and helpful as we negotiated a rather protracted settlement. Raine and Horne were also helpful with managing the rental (we did have a wonderful tenant, which always helps) and with advice on repairs and restoration work. When we needed to resell, for family reason,s we were very happy to come back to Natalie and again she treated all parties with respect and sound information on which to base decisions. She helped us through an auction campaign and eventual private sale in 2016. We can certainly recommend her to others, Sincerely, Jenny
