This was easily one of the most unique and complex transactions I’ve had the pleasure of working through with Grant. What began as an investment property purchase for our client ultimately became three interconnected transactions, with multiple vendors needing the right pieces to fall into place at the right time. One vendor needed to sell in order to secure their next home, another was ready to close a chapter, and our client had the opportunity to secure an excellent investment property.
