Very Happy

Overall I was very happy with the service Grant offered. He was understanding of our situation being the original owner of the family home for 63 years and the affect the sale would have on my elderly mother. He was positive, practicable, he was not overbearing and the communication was quick and precise. The only little niggle I have is that looking back I was unaware that R & H would publicise the amount (sale price) the property was sold for on the net. I will be aware next time to request you suppress this from view. I am aware that it becomes public knowledge once it has been transferred with the LPI but..... that generation are quite private... Over all we were very happy with his professionalism and would recommend him to others.
