Knowledgable and great to work with

Buying a house in Bathurst when you live a nine hour drive away is not easy. Grant was happy to be flexible with showing times and was always available to talk on the phone. In order to feel comfortable with the purchase price I needed a Realtor I could talk through the terms with candidly, while also relying on their understanding of the seller and their ability to forward the sale. Grant is certainly that type of realtor, he gave me very good advice all the way through the sale. He also referred me to quality people to do the building and pest report. He specialises in a older homes which was great. His knowledge of the area is expansive. He has a good reputation. I have family in the area that know Grant and have dealt with him before, they also report having had a positive experience. Here’s a sense of humour and an easy-going approachable manner. He also seems to be extremely busy with lots of listings! I look forward to living in Bathurst.
