Grant did an awesome job both in the presentation for marketing, following through identifying and connecting potential buyers well and to have achieved and agreed sale within 4 calendar days was absolutely wonderful. Communication was good, enthusiasm for the task and a can do attitude really made the whole situation of selling a positive experience in what was a sad period for our family. We really could not have had a better experience selling.
