Very professional in leasing my downstairs new unit
After contacting Raine and Horne only three weeks ago, there agents visited my house for advice and a appraisal to let a unit I had built down stairs for my daughter and partner who shared for approximately 3-4 years .Then they were able to purchased there first home in east Maitland. Having the unit vacant my wife and I thought to enquire about the possibility of renting it. So I contacted the realestate as mentioned. In less than a week they had a company have a showing and they payed a holding deposit and only a couple of days later signed a 12 months lease agreement and the new tenant moves in next Wednesday. How efficient is that! 3 weeks and it was so simple with these Highly professional agents. This is our first time renting and I’m so impressed by there knowledge and straight forward approach.
