He provided his contact details, making himself available for any future requirements, which added a personal touch to the service. i mean it could always be worse i guess? the agent presented himself as nice and understanding when in the process of finding the rental we've now moved into, but i feel as though the communication has done a complete 180° since. from day 1 there have been several issues, amongst other "nitpicks" if you will. we were told that our "patience was appreciated" over what we considered were pretty serious and liable issues that hadn't been solved. yet, since then, i cannot recall a time the agent has actually responded to our emails? sure, a couple of jobs have been made for a couple repairs, but in terms of an actual, worded, personal response? - dead silent. not to mention there are things with the rental that were purposefully omitted/forged and things we're still finding now that were also left out... it's rather odd. I'd like to think this is just a bizarre instance in terms of renting and whatnot but you can't be too sure. irregardless, it's a roof over our head for the meantime, so we cannot be too fussy i suppose

I have had many encounters with both Jye and Steve plus the providers they use and all have been so lovely, professional, courteous and above all helpful in resolving whatever the topic may have been. After contacting Raine and Horne only three weeks ago, there agents visited my house for advice and a appraisal to let a unit I had built down stairs for my daughter and partner who shared for approximately 3-4 years .Then they were able to purchased there first home in east Maitland. Having the unit vacant my wife and I thought to enquire about the possibility of renting it. So I contacted the realestate as mentioned. So given there expert advice on the market, current pricing trends in the area, advertising and there local clients interested in renting a spacious unit, especially with all the utilities included in there rent. In less than a week they had a company have a showing and they payed a holding deposit and only a couple of days later signed a 12 months lease agreement and the new tenant moves in next Wednesday. How efficient is that! 3 weeks and it was so simple with these Highly professional agents. This is our first time renting and I’m so impressed by there knowledge and straight forward approach. I recommend Belmont Raine and Horne to anyone wishing to rent or purchase a home. So Im looking forward to have these guys managing our investment. Very Happy .
