Experienced agent who delivered a quick sale within the expected price range

I am pleased with my experience working with Peter on the sale of my apartment. He came across as knowledgeable, experienced and confident in handling the campaign. And the entire process, from listing through to the sale, went quickly. The property sold within approximately 2 weeks, which was exactly the time frame I was hoping for, and the final result was within the price expectations we had agreed on beforehand. In the current market, achieving both a quick sale and a decent outcome, in my opinion, is definitely a win. Peter also kept in touch regularly throughout the open homes and negotiations, providing updates and feedback from potential buyers along the way. That communication helped make the process feel more manageable and transparent. While selling property is never completely stress-free, overall the transaction was handled professionally and I’m happy with the end result achieved.
