I had a really great experience working with Peter to sell my apartment. From the start he was proactive, assisted with organising the pre-marketing cleaning, was easy to deal with, and kept things moving quickly, which I really appreciated. He also gave helpful suggestions on how to improve the presentation and condition of the property so it would better appeal to buyers. The apartment sold much faster than I expected and the whole process was very smooth. The market isn’t particularly strong but Peter did an outstanding job in achieving a great outcome. Peter was also always easy to reach and kept me updated along the way. As a solicitor myself, I deal with a lot of property transactions and agents, and Peter is genuinely one of the best agents I’ve worked with.
