Bryan was responsible for the open house when I viewed the Property. The apartment was presented well and Bryan had all the documents required for consideration prior to committing to purchase. He has local knowledge of the area and was able to advise of local amenities and proximity to University of Queensland buildings. As expected there was offers made and rejected before vendor and purchaser agreed on the final purchase price, Bryan managed the sale to satisfaction of both buyer and seller. Not being a local myself I was very appreciative of Bryans recommendation of a conveyancer to handle the purchase on my behalf. His recommendation was good and the purchase went well with ontime settlement even though it was Fast Tracked. As mentioned, the settlement was Fast Tracked and during the time between deposit and settlement I had occasion to contact Bryan several times to clarify various matters pertaining to the property. He was very helpful. I can recommend Bryan to anyone purchasing a property in his area.
