I found Frank Ham to be very capable, honest and at all times pleasant to work with. There were some problems to overcome in selling our townhouse and Frank diligently worked through them to achieve a very satisfactory result for us. I am happy to recommend him and LJ Hooker Brisbane West

Owing to the great experience of having our rental house managed by LJ Hooker Brisbane West while we lived in the US, we had no hesitation in selecting Frank Ham to be our agent when we decided to sell our house. We were not disappointed. Frank went above and beyond the usual duties of an estate agent, helping us prepare the house for sale since we lived interstate. As well, we were impressed by his communication and negotiation skills as well as his integrity in all matters. If you are looking for an agent to sell your house, we thoroughly recommend Frank.

Frank Ham's personal involvement from the beginning to the end made this one the easiest sales we have had. His extensive knowledge from years in the industry was valuable for this sale. He focused on our goals, made a plan to achieve them and because of this sold our house within a few days. We couldn't be happier with the results and would recommend Frank Ham to any seller or buyer that needs someone to advice them professionally and who would definitely take the appropriate action to deliver realistic results.
