Review for Bryan Reed I have had the pleasure on dealing with Bryan Reed from Raine & Horne Brisbane West, when selling my Property in Brisbane. I normally reside in Melbourne so having a good realtor was a main priority. His major attributes were. 1)His communication ability. The real estate market is time-sensitive, so Bryan needed to keep me in the loop about the current selling situation. 2) Bryan was proactive with the sales process by calling potential buyers, communicating with existing customers and constantly chasing new leads, whilst keeping me well informed. 3) Bryan was a good listener and did not bombard me with information unless it was necessary 4) Bryan was client-motivated, because if the customer gets a good deal, the agent also gets a good deal. 5) Bryan was knowledgeable of the local area; he was selling more than a home, he understood he was also selling the lifestyle that comes with it 6)He was aware of the small-time frame we had and the need to settle soon. He showed a very strong determination to succeed. 7)His Ability to Network was shown by who he knew and who knew him. Alongside with the ability to solve problems as they arose. He was always resilient, no matter what stood on the way of the sale. I strongly believe that Mr Reed can not only please the client, with not just the price of a property, but with the best customer service he could provide .For all thew above mentioned reasons I would not hesitate to recommend to my family and friends his services in the western suburbs of Brisbane .This is a sincere appreciation of a job well done.
