So i have bought and sold 5 different real estate here and i have not dealth with anyone so professional and courteous as Kevin And Peter Ly. I am a busy person in sales myself but automotive industry and i have 4 kid. Both Kevin and Peter worked around my schedule to make sure i was complete comfortable when it came down to open homes, a couple random open homes as the requests came through from potential buyers and overall process from A-Z. They knew the market and was confident to get what my wife and i wanted - Price sold at has actually exceeded past our expectations and over reserve. This was my first auction even though 4 sales previously and was guided with confidence from these two lads. Would highly recommend them to anyone buying/selling. Thanks

Having approached several prospective agents, I'm so glad that we decided to go with Peter Ly for the sale of my father's house. While other agents we spoke to wanted us to rely on their "database of developers" to sell the property privately, Peter presented us with a comprehensive campaign that was based on a sound knowledge of the potential buyers, the market trends specific to the immediate location (not the adjoining suburbs which have little similarity to the property) and the land size. Peter demonstrated a detailed knowledge of the area and the street, even to the point of knowing the names of many of the neighbours. On Peter's advice we took the property to auction, against the "advice" of other agents who said that an auction would fail. Throughout the campaign Peter maintained regular communication with us so that we could see how the campaign was developing week to week. He was always courteous and took note of our specific circumstances, incorporating this into the campaign. At the auction we achieved a final price that well exceeded our expectations. I would strongly recommend Peter to any potential seller, you will not be disappointed!
