An agent who doesn’t shut his door once the sell is completed
Paul is outstanding, not only as an agent but also as a human. He is professional and firm in protecting his seller’s interest, yet he friendly guides you around the whole process of a transaction. No matter how much groundworks you have done as a first home buyer, there’s always something new that may come up and Paul was always there to guide us throughout the process. What makes Paul stand out among the crowd is his clear and honest communication, which is a blessing to any novice home buyer like us. And most importantly, Paul was still supporting us after settlement as our property was leased and he ensured our move in was smooth after the tenant vacated the property. Will we do business with Paul in future? Absolutely yes. Will we recommend Paul to our friends? Obviously, unless s/he is a friend we don’t like ;)
