I was purchasing the property. Communication was difficult, and trying to organise availability took 5 phone calls from the agent to my building and pest inspection company and then arrived late to the appointment. I had to advise that a specific form was required to be completed by the agency and the owner or I could pull out of the contract, and the point was still argued that it wasn't required. A quick google search and confirmation from my solicitor confirmed it was required. I don't like to leave poor reviews, but I honestly believe the process would have been easier if this agency wasn't involved.
