I live overseas. Carol and the team at RH have expertly managed my two Sydney CBD investment apartments continuously for more than 15 years and will continue to do so for as long as I own one or both of the apartments. I would describe the services I have received as always efficient, attentive and empathetic to me and my needs. I receive self-explanatory monthly statements and annual statements for tax purposes (which have never once been queried by my tax agent or the ATO). Elena, who is responsible for the day-to-day management of the apartments, is extremely responsive (usually within minutes) to any queries I have. Her advice about occasional problems that arise is always accompanied by recommendations, which are inevitably correct and accepted by me. In terms of finding new tenants, James (who is responsible for new business) has just recently found a new tenant for one of the apartments for an excellent rent.
