He really sells it in Pyrmont

Panos is the epitome of a good agent. Every question I had about the property, neighborhood, suburb and Body Corporate were answered during an inspection or via an email, if I had a question after the inspection. While with other agents (we looked at a lot of properties in various suburbs of Sydney) I had to wait for an answer or was brushed off and suggested to read the contract, Panos took time to explain everything to me. I also appreciate that he was very accommodating opening the property for a private inspection during the week, as it gave me an opportunity to see the property alone and show it to my wife who was in Melbourne via face-to-face. It helped us to make our decision. English is my second language, and I was worried that I would not understand some things while talking with agents, but Panos made me feel very comfortable by reassuring that he understood me well and he spoke slower himself. Compared to some other agents, it was a joy dealing with him. I would recommend Panos to my friends without any hesitation.

Outstanding agent.

Panos impressed me throughout the sales process with his courtesy, knowledge of the market and communication skills.
