We have been renting in the area for some time now using Raine & Horne Coomera with no issues (if anything they have been one of the most professional real estate property managers we have ever had!) and we found that Jason really understood our wants and needs and had all the patience in the world for us to find the perfect property for our circumstances. We would definitely recommend him as he managed to get us to pay that little bit more than we had budgeted for and therefore with myself being a salesperson I would highly recommend him and will be using him if we ever sell our property as I know he manages to get the best result and the best outcome for his sellers. I guess it's the little things such as the follow-up calls, courtesy SMS and also the interaction of no pressure but yet slowly guiding us towards the right property made the difference even when after the first visit we didn't have love at first sight with this house that we found. If he can do that for my wife and I he can do that for you if you're reading this review. A true gentleman, sincere, very likable and a great closer that achieves great results.
