Jason was amazing! My partner and I are first home buyers so we didn’t really know or understand a lot about the details of buying a house. Jason was always very clear and easy to communicate with. He provided us recommendations for building and pest as well as lawyers which saved us having to find one ourselves. When issues came up he really helped us sort them out which relieved a lot of my stress. I have met other agents who I felt were a bit pushy and did not seem to treat me as a serious buyer because of my age. But I did not get any of this with Jason, he was always friendly and didn’t make me feel stupid for asking questions. I highly recommend Jason and will definitely be using him again in the future. Over the next five years we have kept in contact with Jason so as to keep on top of the market. In January 2021 we put the house on the market quietly and then on Feb 13th 2021 we had the first open house at 12 noon and the house was sold at 4pm that day, for more than we asked for!
