We found Nathan to be very easy to talk to - he established rapport with us very quickly. He listened to us well and gathered all our requirements patiently. When he came to us with what he thought was a great offer, we made it known that we believe the place was worth more and gave him a target to aim for which was quite a bit higher price than all the sales from the complex had ever achieved to-date. He delivered and we were happy he persisted. He kept us updated regularly at critical points throughout the period of engagement. Also, at our request, he suggested a law firm to handle the sale. They were Muir Lawyers. Excellent experience dealing with everyone in that firm. Made made everything so simple & painless for us.
