Having spent many years in the NT in hospitality and tourism the draw of sandy beaches and less humidity of Cairns lured Jenny away for 10 years. Whilst in Cairns Jenny began her career in Real Estate in 2004 in Sales. Realizing her true talents lay in Property Management Jenny started managing properties in 2005. After managing a portfolio for 12 months, Jenny moved onto managing a Property Management department and took on the added responsibilities of Trust Accounting and staff training. Her family remained in Darwin during this time and once the youngest daughter's first child arrived Jenny couldnt stay away from Darwin any longer. Jenny joined the team at Raine & Horne in the Palmerston office in January 2011 and set about establishing her no nonsense approach to Property Management by reducing the stress and fuss that sometimes comes with owning an investment property. With 7 grandchildren to keep her put, Jenny looks forward to developing long lasting relationships with her clients and with one of the best Real Estate companies in Darwin.

Growing up in Palmerston and surrounded by real estate role models, Chloe developed a strong passion for the industry from a young age. She began her real estate career in 2021 in an administrative and operations role, where her dedication and hardworking nature quickly became evident. In 2023, Chloe transitioned into Property Management, where she focuses on building positive relationships with both landlords and tenants, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all involved. Her genuine care for others and attention to detail has earned her a reputation for being reliable and approachable. Outside of work, Chloe enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new cafes, and swimming. Her commitment to both her professional growth and personal well-being makes her a valuable asset to not only the real estate industry but Raine & Horne Darwin.

Born and raised in Darwin, Katerina has a deep understanding of the local market. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a major in Accounting, equipping her with the expertise to serve clients with professionalism and precision. With a decade of experience in taxation and seven years in customer service within a family-run business, Katerina has developed strong communication skills and a talent for building lasting client relationships. She is dedicated, committed, and passionate about delivering exceptional service, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for her clients.

With over 15 years in insurance and 12 years in strata management, Natasha brings a wealth of experience and a strong focus on customer service to her role in property management, which she stepped into in 2023. Originally from Tasmania, she’s called Darwin home for the past 35 years and is well known for her friendly, bubbly, and outgoing nature. Her entire career has been in administration and customer service, where she thrives on building connections and making people feel supported. Natasha’s deep local knowledge and approachable style make her a trusted point of contact for clients and colleagues alike. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in her garden, hanging out with her daughter, and getting out on her Harley. A true lover of anything with an engine, Natasha brings energy and enthusiasm to everything she does.

Emily is a proud Territorian, born and raised in the Northern Territory, Darwin. She enjoys camping & fishing, adventuring, playing netball and hanging out with her family and friends. Emily is a hardworking and honest Property Manager with a passion for helping people. She believes in being transparent and organised in all her dealings and is committed to providing the highest level of service, going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction is met. With her newer experience in Property Management, she is confident that she can help you achieve your goals and maximize your investment. Emily is a great communicator, and always likes to keep her clients and tenants informed throughout the entire Property Management process.
