I have known Steven Henderson for the past 25 years. In this time I have come to recognize him as a resourceful, industrious and highly competent Realtor. Steven looked after my properties and faced with me big challenges during the past two years including NCAT hearings, dealing with the Body Corp Solicitor and with Strata Managers. Steven has shown a rare talent of being able to instil confidence and friendship with not only Tenants and myself being the L/Lord but also with the opposing party including the Owners’ Corp Solicitor, thus reaching a peaceful resolution to a number of very complex issues concerning repairs (lack of it) of Common Property. This is evident by the fact that the Tenants in spite of having two very painful two years of repairs being dealt with in NCAT, they are all still here which is to the credit of the outstanding management of Mr. Henderson.
