I can’t speak highly enough of Jean-Michel. He advised me of improvements that would maximize my property’s value and gave a lot of his own time in arranging and overseeing those improvements. He devised the perfect marketing plan which he executed with precision. He attended 3 open homes each week during the campaign and provided comprehensive reports after each open home. Neighbors and prospective buyers only had praise for his warmth and helpfulness. He managed the auction process brilliantly and was instrumental in achieving an excellent result at auction.
