The property had been in my family for over 60 years and that was reflected in the condition it was left in. I met Christophe at the property to discuss what the best course of action would be and within 30 minutes he arranged all the clean-up and painting quotes to be provided on the spot at very reasonable rates, to which I immediately agreed.
