I contacted several real estate agents via their website inquiry pages and Christophe was the first to respond to my inquiries. With his professional demeanor and extensive knowledge of properties in the eastern suburbs he very quickly gained my confidence. The property had been in my family for over 60 years and that was reflected in the condition it was left in. My intention was to sell the property as quickly as I could however Christmas was only a few weeks away. I met Christophe at the property to discuss what the best course of action would be and within 30 minutes he arranged all the clean-up and painting quotes to be provided on the spot at very reasonable rates, to which I immediately agreed.
