Paul is fantastic on multiple levels. I originally selected him as a "mystery buyer". As a prospective buyer his follow ups were warm, without selling pressure and open. I felt that he would make a terrific agent as a seller. As a vendor he was very positive about highlighting the good aspects of the property and realistic about any challenges. He is very knowledgeable about the local market and able to provide good comparisons for context for both buyers and sellers. Paul frequently gave updates on the buyers coming into see the property and the implications for auction time. In terms of selling, Paul gave good recommendations on property preparation to maximise sale price. He also provided very clear selling tactics and reasons for taking a particular strategy. He was a pleasure to work with and I cannot recommend him highly enough for his friendly, professional, and thorough manner.

We met Paul when we bought a property he was representing over 10 years ago. Paul constantly kept in touch over the years and kept us up to date with the market, so when we were ready to sell we knew that he would be the right person to appoint as our agent. We are living overseas so weren't the easiest vendors to look after, however Paul was fantastic. He was in contact whoever we needed him and made sure we were on top of the process each step of the way. We trusted him to manage the day to day when we were so far. After our first meeting, we found him very knowledgeable and a good communicator. he had great insights and ideas at the same time as he was very receptive to our need and wants.
