Wayne was recommended to me by a friend. I was unable to be in Sydney to sell the flat, in fact I needed Wayne to terminate the lease from the tenant, inspect and take back the property and organise the return of the Bond. He also then organised the refurbishment of the apartment and the styling prior to the sale, all the legal requirements and then the actual sale of the property. He kept me updated at all times and was very pro-active re-arranging the photos and the marketing text when he felt it was appropriate. He was always to the point and never wasted my time. I cannot recommend Wayne highly enough and I wish him well.
