Ric Serrao was great!

Ric Serrao helped me sell my one bedroom/studio apt in North Bondi and he was excellent and completely professional in all regards. Not only that, he helped me get considerably more for it than I was expecting in a potentially difficult market. At no stage did I feel he was anything but completely honest with me about every aspect of selling the apartment and the price I might expect to get or the potential softness in the market. His knowledge of the market and area were hugely positive factors in a positive result for me. He was also mindful of and completely professional in regards to the tenant's rights and worked hard to get a solution that was least disruptive for him. I very much appreciated that.
