Kim advised how she would market the property, and we agreed on when to start etc. We had multiple offers from that first weekend and Kim worked diligently with all parties to secure a great price. This Was accepted but eventually fell through. However Kim had maintained contacts with the other parties and was successful in getting another great offer without having to readvertise etc. Kim maintained contact with me throughout the process until contracts were signed and sale was to proceed to completion.

Kim was awesome in selling my house after the open home she would let me know how it went and then call the viewers the next day to see if they were interested and we got a buyer. She kept me updated through the whole process of inspections. When contracts were ready etc. I would definitely recommend Kim if you wanted to sell a house
