Excellent real estate team who look after all parties involved in the transaction
Matt and his team provide excellent service not just to the landlord but also the tenant, and when buying / selling they are thoughtful for both the vendor and purchaser. The little touches make a world of difference and as a recent purchaser and now landlord I very much appreciate their level of detail as well as thoughtfulness to make the tenant feel at home and the landlord confident the property is being cared for. Matt and his team are personable and it make a world of difference in today's real estate game.
