Great bloke, trustworthy Agent
My recent experiences with Real Estate Agents has not been good. In the current sellers market, I have felt less respect and assistance in trying to buy from real estate agents. I have been looking for 4 months. Matt has given me faith in agents, he was genuine and respectful despite being a buyer in a seller's market. I never felt as if he was only in it for the money.

From first contact Matt was very truthful about what to expect , Matt gave honest feed back about what buyers might say about the property, Matt gave me a realistic sale price on what the property would sell for and the time frame it would take to sell, both were exactly spot on . Matt and team have managed my property’s for over 15 years and always been very professional. Knowledge and drive to get the property sold
