Because this property was sold with an existing tenant, he also helped me to negotiate an early vacancy with the tenant so I would move in by the settlement day. I know it's not his duty and I am appreciated his caring. Now it's a couple weeks from I can move in my own home and Matt is the hero who makes that happen!
