With the arrival of COVID 19 I needed to sell my investment property in Risdon Vale. Tanya was amazing communicating with the tenants and organising for inspections to happen the next weekend. Tanya sold the property at the first inspection for a great price. She did this inspection remotely as the purchaser was in Sydney and unable to go to Hobart due to travel restrictions.
