I first met Matt at an open home approx 18 months before putting our house on the market. I was impressed by his friendliness, non intrusive manner, willingness to listen, professionalism, humour and his comment that a house sells itself and the agent facilitates that sale (rather than being pushy and trying to convince us that it was the right house). Anyway....we didn't buy that house but I did keep Matt's number as 'Matt Real Estate' in my phone! Fast forward 18 months and I knew that Matt was who I would feel comfortable in selling our home. I certainly was not disappointed. His no fuss, friendly, easily contactable, relaxed manner was very welcome. From appraisal to a sold sticker it was 12 days (helped by a cash buyer so no finance clause). I honestly could not recommend Matt more highly.

We needed to sell my mother’s unit to pay a nursing home bond. We acted quickly and so did Tanya after I had identified her as selling similar properties in the area. Her knowledge of the market was thorough and her value appraisal was in accordance with ours. Her marketing and promotional advice was sound and definite. She established several leads immediately after the property was put up on-line. She elicited immediate interest and the property was sold at a price higher than listed. Whilst other interest was shown, Tanya assessed the situation and advised to take the offer particularly as we preferred a quick sale. Also, I think Tanya was empathetic of the needs of the purchased as well as ours and that makes for a particularly satisfying outcome for both parties.
