Bonnie takes time to truly understand your needs and presents houses that specifically suit you and your situation. She doesn't just suggest houses based on the numbers - sure, the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and carparks are important, so is the affordability, but Bonnie sees how you could fit into the space and whether it would absolutely work for you. Going through the buying process with Bonnie I felt I knew what was going on at every stage of the process and she went out of her way to make sure my needs were met. This was from before the sale through to after settlement. I feel like this level of service for buyers is really uncommon right now given there's so much competition.
