Helpful and friendly

Personable, consultative and thorough
I had to lease my home unexpectedly this winter and Kayla, Chernade and team were incredibly helpful through the entire process. I live in Sydney which made our interactions a little more challenging, however we managed to get a great outcome with no break between tenants. Kayla offered strong consulting advice about the market, remained positive and kept me informed through the entire process. She gave me the confidence that things would be taken care of and followed through promptly on all my requests. She also ensured an issue with the exit of the previous tenant was thoroughly managed. Actual wonderful humans

Moving to new house at Leake St
Thanks to Raine and Horne, and the nice and helpful people I met there, the move (including the application process, utility setup etc.) went very smoothly. As a first time experience, I can claim that we are satisfied with the service provided by R&H and also happy with our new home. I also wouldn’t mind having them around as our chosen real estate company for the entire period of our stay here in Australia.
