Farewell to a house
My association with Raine and Horne has been for many years, during which time Andrew Tregent has provided helpful advice at times when I have thought about selling. When the time to sell did come, R & H provided excellent and correct plans and photos. Andrew made every effort to achieve the best result at a time when the market was quiet. His assistance and willingness to ease the final process for me was appreciated and genuine.

Professional service.
Andrew's first responsibility was to the seller and not unreasonably, his negotiation was obviously skewed that way. As the buyer, I realised this and but I found Andrew to be extremely helpful to me as the buyer. He was always willing, even after the sale was concluded, to accommodate my needs in relation to understanding the property. He readily supplied information, was courteous and obviously service-oriented in his approach.

The man in the know about real estate
Tommy has been in the real estate business for a long time and has sold many houses on behalf of our family. We entrust Tommy with his knowledge and take everything on board.
