Its gone in 11 minutes!!
After 42 years of living in our home, with numerous changes, renovations and additions, we decided sell up and make the move north to be closer to family and grandchildren. Our son had told us about David, how he was a suer salesman and would give sound advice and direction, so we called into Raine & Horne to 'test the water' as they say. Dave was around promptly, assessed our property for what was on the market and gave us a great market appraisel. The "For Sale" sign went up late Thursday afternoon with the first Open House for Saturday at 11.00am. Within 11 minutes of Open House commencing, Dave called to say he had clients who wanted the property for our price and was taking them back to the office to sign contracts. An hour later when we caught up with Dave and still with our heads spinning we couldn't be happier, top market price, top service and happy seller and buyer. We will be recommending David Keenan and Raine & Horne at Ettalong Beach to all our friends wishing the service, advice and selling skills we have experienced

Both my wife and I would like to thank Andrew and his team for the wonderful job they did in helping find our piece of paradise on the Central Coast. Andrew told us from the outset that he would show us a property that met our needs and he was absolutely correct. We could have not wished for a better home for its location, size, appearance and best of all our magnificent views that carry you aware from all parts of the property.
