First time on meeting Sam, I found him to be down to earth and straight forward no bull shit person. He explained the current status of the marked and as to what best selling method would be best for the sale of property. He arranged for the photographer, advertising through Realestate.com.au and Domains.com.au, the the photos on the web site looked great and explanatory of the features of each room and land and proximity to local services, transportation, schools, shops and hospital. If any friend would be selling there house in future I would recommend Sam and his staff for there expertise.
