Not every agent in the area is able to provide realistic market information & pricing. We have recently sold a property through Raine & Horne in Five Dock. Ray Janik and Sam Varrica in particular did a superb job from the onset, they were honest and up front with the whole sales process, their fees and potential outcome. On each open for inspection day, not only was the sale team there but other sales agents from the office on site too. There were updates with numbers through the property, contracts given, after each open day, but also weekly updates, when there was new interest. This gave us peace of mind, in the lead up to the auction. The outcome was wonderful, and Ray and Sam continued to stay in touch till settlement date, and beyond. They know the local area, it's value, clients' needs, and have a large data base of potential purchasers. I am more than happy to recommend the team at Raine & Horne in Five Dock, and would definitely use them again in the future.

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Sam - such a refreshing change for us. We had been looking for a while across a few different areas so we came across many a variety of agents (some good but many not so good)! In comparison, Sam was truly excellent: highly respectful, fair and very deserving of 5 stars across the board. In our case, I felt he pivoted very fairly across all parties and their interests (including the tenants we displaced)!!
