I bought and sold the same property, with Sam as the agent, ten years apart. Sam and his team were extremely knowledgeable about the local market. Sam himself has worked and lived in Five Dock, including in the block where the property was. Sam and team are experienced identifying and targeting the potential buyers in the market. In some cases he was the agent for the sale of their house as they downsized to an apartment. Sam’s traditional marketing and sales approach, without bells and whistles, identified and targeted the right buyer, which resulted in a sale. Given the economic conditions and the Five Dock market the result was above market estimates. And that’s why I both bought and sold the property with Sam as the agent.
